CurryCups Naanizza
Ingredients
- 4 flatbreads or frozen naans
- 1 jar of CurryCups
- Desired pizza toppings
- Shredded mozzarella cheese
- Chicken (optional)
- Crushed red chili flakes
Directions
- Brush your naan or flatbread with olive oil. (If using frozen naan, allow it to thaw first.)
- Mix CurryCups with desired chili flakes and red chili powder.
- Spread the sauce onto your chosen crust.
- Sprinkle cheese and add your favorite toppings.
- Bake at 425°F until the cheese melts and is bubbly.
Chef's Tip
For the sauce, add a pinch of garlic powder and onion powder to complement the chili flakes. Add thinly sliced red onions and bell peppers as toppings, then finish with sliced jalapenos and black olives after adding the second layer of cheese. Garnish with cilantro before serving.
