CurryCups Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 jar of CurryCups
  • Lettuce of your choice
  • Cucumbers, sliced
  • Sliced red onions
  • Shredded carrots
  • Feta cheese crumbles or shredded mozzarella
  • Shredded red and white cabbage
  • Chopped cilantro
  • Cooked chicken (optional)

Directions

  1. Add desired amount of CurryCups to your salad and mix well.
  2. Toss with your choice of toppings.

Chef's Tip

You can mix and match toppings based on your preferences. Chef prefers a mix of romaine and leaf lettuce. For extra crunch, crush roasted papad (papadum) and sprinkle over the salad like croutons. Try adding sliced tandoori chicken breast for extra flavor.
