CurryCups Salad
Ingredients
- 1 jar of CurryCups
- Lettuce of your choice
- Cucumbers, sliced
- Sliced red onions
- Shredded carrots
- Feta cheese crumbles or shredded mozzarella
- Shredded red and white cabbage
- Chopped cilantro
- Cooked chicken (optional)
Directions
- Add desired amount of CurryCups to your salad and mix well.
- Toss with your choice of toppings.
Chef's Tip
You can mix and match toppings based on your preferences. Chef prefers a mix of romaine and leaf lettuce. For extra crunch, crush roasted papad (papadum) and sprinkle over the salad like croutons. Try adding sliced tandoori chicken breast for extra flavor.
