Spicy Curry Cups
Equipment
- Microwave-safe bowl or small saucepan
- Spoon for mixing
- Knife and cutting board (if using fresh add-ins)
- Microwave or stovetop burner
- Serving plate or bowl
Ingredients
- 1 jar of CurryCups
- Cayenne pepper or red chili powder
- Optional - Chopped cilantro
- Optional - ½ red onion, chopped
- Optional - ½ tomato, chopped
Directions
Heat the CurryCups: Spoon your desired amount of CurryCups into either:
- microwave-safe bowl, cover, and microwave for 30–60 seconds until warmed through, or
- small saucepan, and warm over low heat for 2–5 minutes, stirring occasionally to avoid sticking.
Spice it Up: Add ¼ to ½ teaspoon of cayenne or red chili powder (adjust to your taste). Stir until fully mixed
Optional - Add fresh toppings: Stir in chopped onion, tomato, and cilantro for added flavor and texture.
Serve: Serve warm with veggies, chips, crackers, naan, or bread of your choice.
Chef's Tip
If you're heat-sensitive, start with just a pinch of cayenne and build from there.
This quick dip is especially delicious with Stonefire naan, cucumber sticks, or tortilla chips.
