Tikka Masala Curry

Ingredients

  • 1 jar of CurryCups
  • Your choice of cooked protein (chicken, shrimp, paneer, tofu)
  • Spices: cayenne or chili powder, coriander powder, garam masala
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish
  • 1 tbsp butter or ghee

Directions

  1. Heat ghee or butter in a saucepan for 1 minute.
  2. Add CurryCups and your desired spices, then simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Add your cooked protein and stir for 1-2 minutes.
  4. For a curry-like consistency, add ΒΌ cup of water and simmer until it reaches your desired thickness.
  5. Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve.

Chef's Tip

Pair it with naan or basmati rice for a complete meal.
