Tikka Masala Curry
Ingredients
- 1 jar of CurryCups
- Your choice of cooked protein (chicken, shrimp, paneer, tofu)
- Spices: cayenne or chili powder, coriander powder, garam masala
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
- 1 tbsp butter or ghee
Directions
- Heat ghee or butter in a saucepan for 1 minute.
- Add CurryCups and your desired spices, then simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- Add your cooked protein and stir for 1-2 minutes.
- For a curry-like consistency, add ΒΌ cup of water and simmer until it reaches your desired thickness.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve.
Chef's Tip
Pair it with naan or basmati rice for a complete meal.
